Strange Fashion Fetish Photography
This fine showplace for the fetish fashion photography of Robert Chouraqui shows the various sorts of work he does quite well. From Paris, he has done magazines ranging from SKIN II to Playboy, bookcovers running the gamut from a Phillip Jose Farmer novel to John Warren's "The Loving Dominant", many posters and other work, all of which are sampled here. He has four books published of his own work and this site links to foreign and domestic outlets to purchase them. His work shows a focus more on interesting faces with fanciful posings that happen to have beautiful nude bodies rather than the other way around. His views are indeed exotic and should appeal to a wide audience. Of the six or eight galleries here about half have enlargeable thumbnails. I'd love to see all the work full size but I can appreciate an artist not wanting to have his work stolen. Prints are available. The site has both French and English text and if you can speak either language you should be fine here. Even if you don't speak English or French, you can find your way around satisfactorily by braille. Well worth a visit!
